Seller Warranty Description Steps for installation 1) Please use dry and wet wipes to wipe the back of your device before sticking the metal plates. 2) Stick the clear film before attaching the metal plates for easier removal. 3) Gently scrape the clear film surface with a square piece to squeeze the air out of the inside. 4) Metal plates are NOT magnets. 5) Metal plates can be stuck on the back of the phone, outside of the phone case, or even inside of the case if the thickness of the case is NO MORE THAN 1 mm. If you have otterbox, mophie case, speck case, or LifeProof case, please remove them and then use our magnet car phone mount. 6) for WIRELESS CHARGING phones, please place a metal plate on the phone case, and remove the case when wireless charging. Steps for removing the metal plate: 1) Weaken the old 3M adhesive with alcohol. 2) Slowly break apart the metal plate in a back-and-forth motion with a fishing line or dental floss. 3) Tear off the clear film. 4) Wipe the residue on the phone with alcohol.
